How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Sobr and tap Cancel Subscription. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries and daily check-ins are completely private and never visible to other users. Only you can see them.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
What are the 5 Pillars?
Sobr's Personalized Recovery Plan tracks your growth across five life pillars: Family, Health, Money, Career, and Self-Respect. Completing daily habits in each pillar builds a balanced sober life.
What is the Biological Guardian?
The Biological Guardian visualizes your body's recovery across six science-based phases as you accumulate sober days — a real-time view of how sobriety is healing you.
What's the difference between the 7-Day Access and a subscription?
7-Day Access is a one-time $2.99 purchase available once per account. For continued access after your 7 days, you'll need a monthly or annual subscription.

Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the Sobr app
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
- Tap the Settings button
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Data Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled Sobr and cannot access the in-app deletion feature, email support@hills-dev.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' and we will process your request within 30 days. For more details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
